Shipping
All pieces are handmade in Berlin and carefully packed.
We ship within Germany as standard.
For shipping to other countries, please contact me by email at woobjekt@gmail.com
Orders are usually dispatched in about 2–4 weeks depending on stock status after payment.
We ship with DPD or DHL. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.
Prices
All prices are final prices in euros, plus shipping.
In accordance with § 19 UStG, no VAT is charged.
Payment
Payment is made via Stripe by credit card or Apple Pay and is due at checkout.
Damaged items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible at woobjekt@gmail.com with photos of the item and the packaging, and keep all packaging until the matter is resolved.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected. I will arrange a replacement or refund.
Versand

Der Versand erfolgt je nach Lagerstatus in ca. 2–4 Wochen nach Zahlungseingang.
Versand erfolgt mit DPD oder DHL. Die Versandkosten werden im Checkout nach Paketgröße angezeigt.
Sobald Ihre Bestellung versendet wurde, erhalten Sie per E-Mail eine Sendungsnummer.
Preise
Alle Preise sind Endpreise in Euro zuzüglich Versandkosten.
Gemäß § 19 UStG wird keine Umsatzsteuer berechnet und ausgewiesen.
Zahlung
Die Zahlung erfolgt über Stripe per Kreditkarte oder Apple Pay. Die Zahlung wird bei Bestellabschluss fällig.
Beschädigte Ware
Sollte Ihre Bestellung beschädigt ankommen, schreiben Sie mir bitte möglichst bald an woobjekt@gmail.com und senden Sie Fotos der Ware und der Verpackung mit.
Bitte bewahren Sie die Verpackung bis zur Klärung auf. Ihre gesetzlichen Rechte bleiben unberührt. Ich sorge für Ersatz oder Erstattung.
